~Tread softly, because you tread on my Dreams~
First of all, I love the clouds. I don't know if they were drawn or not, but if they were, excellent work. They look identical to real clouds and even if you didn't draw them, it is very interesting how you managed to blend them all in to present one scene.
The unicorn is just your standard unicorn, so I won't comment on it, other than you did an excellent job drawing one. As for the female, I love her. The wings are resplendent, giving off a nice shining scale glowing reflection. The body is nicely built, though slightly more thin than I desire. The attention to detail is also a plus. Though the character seems a bit "plastic", it can be considered merely perfect skin of an angel. Once again, attention to detail is outstanding, from the strands of hair to the scaled wings to even the slight presence of the nipple on her breast.
I have two problems with this picture. First of all, I find the city scene to be rather appalling to this display. It seems to retract from the serenity, solitude, and overall beauty of the night sky by bringing you down to earth with its display of buildings and lights. A cloud in its place would've done just fine.
I also have found to my belief another problem, existing with the female character. The flesh tone of her face does not seem to match the rest of her body. Though of course, much of it is enshrouded by the clouds, but I still can see a slight difference in her complexion. Her face seems to be more pale than the rest of her body. However, I do not find this to be much of a problem, though I think it's worth mentioning.
With my eyes, mind, and heart relaxing while looking at this picture (and while attempting to avert my gaze from that city in the distance), I can say that this is a remarkable piece. Great job indeed.
